With more than 20 years industry experience as a broker, and carrier representative, Jennifer understands the importance of providing Industry Partners & Clients a high-level of service. She is determined to succeed in our mission of enhancing the employee benefits experience through consistent service & support.
Nicole Bass
With more than 10 years of industry experience & serving as a Senior Sales Consultant for a leading supplemental benefits carrier, Nicole is excited to leverage her skills & network with MBH. She has an enthusiasm for forming strategic partnerships and maintaining strong client relationships through a high-level of customer service and support.
Jeanne Church-Erhardt
Having over 35 years of experience in benefits administration with groups from 2-8,000 employees, Jeanne has a wealth of information and expertise in ongoing business operations; billing, service operations, and claims.
Amy Orak
With a background in education, Amy enjoys helping our payroll contacts and insureds to better understand the value of their overall employee benefits solution. She supports both account implementation and relationship management.
